Rav David Touitou

Rav David Touitou is a French Rav who lives in Ashdod, he gives daily classes from his kolel in Ashdod that he has been directing since 2008, as well as on his website torathaim.net. Rav Touitou is very involved in the French-speaking Jewish community for which he invests himself in a range of projects.
